VITA Student specialise in ‘luxury student accommodation with a difference,’ with contemporary interiors and bespoke furniture complimenting the VITA brand.
The project involved the conversion and roof top extenion of an uninspiring, 1950’s office building into luxury student accommodation.
An extended top floor plus the original 5 upper floors provide a total of 132 student studios. The ground floor is given over to imaginative communal spaces for recreational use.
The development is also highly sustainable, featuring a range of energy saving measures and achieving BREEAM ‘Very Good’.
