VITA Student specialise in ‘luxury student accommodation with a difference,’ with contemporary interiors and bespoke furniture complimenting the VITA brand.
The project involved the conversion of uninspiring, 1950’s offices, with significant extensions transforming the buildings into luxury student accommodation.
An extended top floor plus the original 3 upper floors provide a total of 156 student studios. The ground floor is given over to imaginative communal spaces for recreational use.
The building is also highly sustainable, achieving BREEAM ‘Very Good’.
