RUH Bath - Ward Upgrades

A project to improve ‘infection control’. Additional en-suite shower rooms and WCs were incorporated into existing wards.

The project was particularly challenging as the wards all had to remain ‘live’ and occupied, with specific areas being closed for construction to a complicated phasing programme.

In addition, to meet the client’s financial requirements, work started on site before a full construction package was completed. We worked with the contractor, Stepnells, to produce information as required so that they could meet the phasing requirements.

The work was successfully completed in April 2023
