Royal Pier Hotel: coastal apartments in a listed building
We developed a design to planning application stage for 19 apartments integrated with the remaining listed structure of the Royal Pier Hotel on the seafront in Clevedon.
Following our work on this project we were invited to develop ideas for additional facilities on the Grade I listed Clevedon Pier next door.
