Planning permission for student accommodation in Bristol

Our proposed low-energy (BREEAM ‘Excellent’) student residential building has received planning permission. The building is adjacent to the Redcliffe Estate in Bristol, and its design echoes the architectural forms of the locally listed post-war apartment buildings. The scheme, for Crown Developments, will provide 10 'cluster flats' on five upper floors and an office suite on the ground floor.  The city-centre location is a short walk from the new Bristol University campus at Temple Meads.
