Key personnel 

 

Robert O’Leary 

Robert co-founded our practice in 1991. He is our director overseeing the design and technical aspects of architecture in the practice and also acts as project director on a number of projects (every project has a project director). Robert is an accredited Conservation Architect with the RIBA and holds the Association of Project Management’s professional qualification in project management. He completes CPD and attends seminars with the RIBA to stay at the leading edge of best practice on conservation. 
 

Jenny Goss 

Jenny co-founded our practice in 1991. She is our director overseeing regulatory and legal aspects of architecture in the practice and is also a Principal Designer under CDM and the Building Regulations. Jenny is responsible for health and safety, staying abreast of best practices through attendance of HSE/CDM seminars and serves as a project director (every project has a project director). She holds the Association of Project Management’s professional qualification in project management, and is a visiting RIBA III examiner at the University of the West of England. 
 

Chloe Willis 

Chloe joined O’LearyGoss as a Senior Architect in 2025, having worked in practice in Bristol and across the South West since 2011. Her experience spans projects of varying scales, primarily within the residential sector. As a Conservation Registrant, Chloe is particularly interested in working sensitively with existing buildings and within Heritage settings. 
 

Benedict Edwards 

Benedict joined O'LearyGoss in 2019 after graduating with a Master’s from Cardiff University, Welsh School of Architecture. Benedict leads on a wide variety of projects, producing technical packages and running projects on site in the education, healthcare and residential sectors. Benedict also takes an active role in mentoring junior employees. 
 

Marcus Cooper 

Marcus joined O'LearyGoss in 2022 as a graduate, achieving full registration as an architect with ARB in 2025. He has particular interest in the work involved at the technical design stage of projects, and has produced complex technical packages and undertaken the site role for a variety of building types. Marcus has a passion for the historic built environment, visiting other cities when he can to build on his historical knowledge. 
 

Natasha Gallimore 

Natasha joined O'LearyGoss in 2023 a year after graduating from the University of the West of England. She achieved her professional practice qualification at the end of 2025, and has achieved full registration as an architect with the ARB. Natasha holds a strong interest in conservation architecture and historical buildings, and has worked on complex design and technical packages for a variety of building types.
