Planning permission granted for houses in Oxfordshire countryside

O’LearyGoss’s proposals for the remodelling of the existing farmhouse at Letcombe Bowers have been granted planning permission. These proposals, which include the creation of a new house, complement the previously consented proposals for the conversion of the existing outbuildings to create five houses.

The complex, to number a total of seven houses around two courtyards, nestle between low hills with extensive views over the chalk downland of this beautiful part of rural Oxfordshire.
