Projects
2009
The project – in the Clifton area of Bristol – involved the conversion of seven mid-19th Century Grade II listed terraced houses into 14 apartments.
The houses had been previously been used as a hotel and had undergone numerous alterations. These alterations were removed and the Victorian character of the buildings reinstated. Additional land to the rear was used to provide a further five mews houses and seven apartments.
O’LearyGoss Architects developed the scheme from a previous planning consent to provide design, drawings and site coordination for these contemporary dwellings.
