This residential development of 19 flats and 8 family houses forms part of the redevelopment of the site of St Nicholas of Tolentino on Lawfords Gate.

The new housing wraps around the perimeter of the site, creating the north and west sides onto a new courtyard with the existing church forming the south side. The houses and ground floor flats have gardens backing onto this courtyard, with additional amenity space for the flats provided by balconies and a roof garden.

This project will complete the redevelopment of the site of St Nicholas of Tolentino.
