This development of two family houses with off-street parking, gardens and private balconies in Westbury-on-Trym replaces five disused garages behind one of the local areas shopping parades.

The new buildings maintain the existing street line formed by the end wall of the shopping parade on Stoke Lane, which dominates the entrance to Charlecombe Road.

The choice of materials and scale of the development is strongly influenced by materials and building elements that already exist in the immediate area.
