A new build city-center scheme providing 26 apartments for Sovereign Housing Association.
The apartments are arranged around the perimeter of the site, on the corner of Redcliff Street and curving around into Ferry Street. Three apartments enjoy private terraces off an internal courtyard above the enclosed street level car parking.
The massing of the building was carefully modelled to tie in with the heights of the surrounding buildings, with materials of brick and rubble stone to echo the adjacent old warehouse buildings. Elements that at a higher level are set back from the main face of the building and clad in raised seam metal, to reduce their visual impact.
