Permission has been granted for the development of the old Princess of Wales public house in Bedminster into three large apartments (2 no. 3 and 1 no. 4 bed). The retrofit of this near derelict building will restore the original street front facades whilst adding a new mansard storey and rear extension to make room for the three residential units. The roof storey is clad in slate and has a biodiverse flat roof whilst the extension to the rear is finished in red brick to match adjacent properties.
Construction stage information is in progress with work on site to commence in the near future, aiming for completion in early 2021.
