Robert is a founding Director of O'LearyGoss. He is a Riba Chartered Architect with over thirty years post qualification experience in a wide range of architectural projects including the very successful conversion of Bridge House in Clifton. He has developed a particular expertise in the re-use of historic buildings. In 2003 Robert attained the Association of Project Management’s professional qualification in Project Management (APMP). Robert is an accredited Conservation Architect on the RIBA Conservation Register.

Jenny is a founding Director of O'LearyGoss. She is a Chartered Architect with over thirty years post qualification experience across the community, residential and education sectors. She also holds the Association of Project Management’s professional qualification in Project Management (APMP). Jenny also undertakes the role of Principal Designer under the Construction Design & Management Regulations within the practice (having previously acted as CDM Co-ordinator) and is an occasional RIBA part III examiner at UWE.
Adi joined O'LearyGoss in November 2015 bringing a wealth of experience across a number of different industry sectors. Namely with 10 years service at Standard Life.

Niall joined O’LearyGoss Architects in 2006 as a Architectural Assistant, qualifying as a RIBA Chartered Architect in 2011. He has worked as lead Architect on a variety of different projects across the healthcare, residential and community sectors, namely the very prestigious Clevedon Pier Visitor Centre. Niall was promoted to Associate in the Practice in 2014.

Rebecca joined O’LearyGoss Architects in 2010 as a Architectural Assistant, qualifying as a RIBA Chartered Architect in 2011. She worked as lead Architect on a wide range of projects including healthcare, residential namely Number One Bristol and several major student developments. Following a period away from the practice, Rebecca re-joined as an Associate in 2017. Rebecca is also Chair of the RIBA Wessex Region and is a visiting tutor and examiner at the University of the West of England and Cardiff University.
Péter joined O’LearyGoss Architects in 2013 and gained his UK Architect’s registration during the same year. Péter has worked as Project Architect on a variety of projects for O’LearyGoss across the residential and student sectors. Péter is particularly skilled in 3D modelling and BIM and was the lead Architect on a major school extension at St Joseph's Catholic School in Salisbury which completed earlier this year.

Raul joined O’LearyGoss Architects in 2014. Raul became a registered UK architect in 2016. He has worked as Project Architect on a variety of projects for O’LearyGoss across the community, residential and student sectors at varying stages from inception to completion. Raul was the Project Architect for the award winning Redland Parish Church Halls. He brings particular expertise in 3D modelling and timber construction.

Gina joined O’LearyGoss in June 2014 as an Architectural Assistant, qualifying as a RIBA Chartered Architect in 2017. Her experience with the practice has included a large-scale hospital refurbishment in Bristol, the King Edward Building, student accommodation, office to accommodation conversions, and one-off houses.

Nick joined O’LearyGoss Architects in 2013 as a Architectural Assistant bringing a background in fine art and graphic design. Nick qualified as a RIBA Chartered Architect in 2017. Nick has worked on a number of different projects from inception to completion across the residential, student and healthcare sectors. He is particularly experienced in the sports and leisure sector including the recently refurbished Lockleaze Sports Centre.

Anna first joined O’LearyGoss Architects in 2015 as a student on placement and subsequently became a permanent member of staff in 2016. Anna achieved her Architectual master’s degree in June 2016 and is now working towards full registration as a Architect. Anna has been part of various Project Teams covering a number of different residential projects including the very recently completed conversion of the Guild Heritage building.
