Robert is a founding Director of O'LearyGoss. He is a Chartered Architect with over thirty years post qualification experience in a wide range of architectural projects, and has developed a particular expertise in the re-use of historic buildings. In 2003 Robert attained the Association of Project Management’s professional qualification in Project Management (APMP). Robert is an accredited Conservation Architect on the RIBA Conservation Register.

Jenny is a founding Director of O'LearyGoss. She is a Chartered Architect with over thirty years post qualification experience; she also holds the Association of Project Management’s professional qualification in Project Management (APMP). Jenny also undertakes the role of Principal Designer under the Construction Design & Management Regulations within the practice (having previously acted as CDM Co-ordinator) and is an occasional RIBA part III examiner at UWE.
Adi joined O'LearyGoss in November 2015 bringing a wealth of experience across a number of different industry sectors. Namely with 10 years service at Standard Life.

Niall joined O’LearyGoss Architects in 2006 as a architectural assistant, having previously worked at ESHA Architects in Bristol and Acanthus Clews Architects in Oxfordshire. In 2010 Niall passed the RIBA Part III examination to become a fully qualified Architect, leading to election as a full member of RIBA in 2011. Thereafter he has worked as a lead architect on a range of projects including healthcare, community projects as well as the prestigious Clevedon Pier Visitor Centre. Niall has also worked on several major residential developments. Niall became an Associate in the Practice in 2014.

Rebecca joined O’LearyGoss Architects in 2010 as an architectural assistant, qualifying as a RIBA Chartered Architect in 2011. Thereafter she worked as lead architect on a range of projects including healthcare, residential and several major student developments. Following a period away from the practice, Rebecca re-joined as an Associate in 2017. Rebecca is also Chair of the RIBA Wessex Region, organising and attending professional events across the country, and is a visiting tutor and examiner at the University of the West of England and Cardiff University.
Péter joined O’LearyGoss Architects in 2013, having worked previously for CadProjekt Ltd and Ekler Architects in Budapest. Péter gained his UK Architect’s registration in 2013. Péter has worked on a variety of projects for O’LearyGoss, at varying stages from inception to completion including 3D modelling and BIM and is currently lead architect on a major school extension in Salisbury.
Arquitecto (Universidad Politécnica de Valencia)
Raul joined O’LearyGoss Architects in 2014, having worked previously as an Architect Assistant for Ferguson Mann Architects in Bristol and View Architects in Thornbury. Raul undertook his architectural education in Spain but is a registered UK architect. Raul has worked on a variety of projects for O’LearyGoss, at varying stages from inception to completion and was the project architect for the recently completed Redland Parish Church Halls. Raul is particularly experienced with 3D modelling and timber construction.
MArchD BA (Hons)
Gina joined O’LearyGoss in June 2014 after completing her Part 2 qualification at Oxford Brookes University. She has worked previously for Foster + Partners Ltd in London and Arctotis Ltd in Malvern, Worcestershire. Her experience with the practice has included a large-scale hospital refurbishment in Bristol, student accommodation, office to accommodation conversions, and one-off houses.
Max joined O’LearyGoss Architects as a student in 2008, returning in 2015 having worked previously at Chapman Taylor in Bristol, and WWCOT in Shanghai. He has worked independently on a number of research projects including Project Context (Architectural education in the UK, London, Sheffield, Edinburgh 2012) and Breuer in Bristol (historic work of Marcel Breuer in Bristol, 2010). Max has worked on a variety of projects for O’LearyGoss, at varying stages from inception to completion including the conversion of the Lewins Mead to One Bristol and a number of smaller residential projects. Max has been heavily involved with 3D modelling and BIM within the practice.

Nick joined O’LearyGoss Architects in 2013, having worked previously for BDP (Bristol) and Feilden Clegg Bradley. Nick has a background in fine art and graphic design. Nick has worked on a variety of projects for O’LearyGoss, at varying stages from inception to completion, including healthcare, sports & leisure and refurbishment. Nick takes the lead on graphic design issues within the practice.

Anna first joined O’LearyGoss Architects in 2015 as a “Part 1” architecture student, and then as a permanent member of staff in May 2016. Anna also worked for Yurky Cross Architects in London for her Part 1 placement. Anna achieved her architectual master’s degree in June 2016 and is now working towards full registration as a Architect.
