Clevedon Pier Winner of ‘People’s Favourite’ at the Historic England Angel Awards.   Shortlisted for RICS Tourism & Leisure Award 2017.   Shortlisted for RIBA South West Award 2018.

Barnabas Building Shortlisted for RICS  Community Benefit Award South West 2017

Dorothy House Hospice The building was formally opened by Princess Anne in November 2006 and was awarded a BBC and RIBA Award for Best Public Building in 2006

Robinson Building The development was awarded a CABE Building for Life Silver Standard and regional winner of the Premier Guarantee Conversion project of the Year 2010. A Bristol Civic Society Environmental Award followed in 2011

Bridge House, Clifton The project was awarded a Bristol Civic Society Environmental Award in 2008 and shortlisted for an RIBA Town and Country Design Award 2008

King Edward Building, Bristol Royal Infirmary The Sanctuary was subsequently nominated for a Better Buildings Healthcare Award.

During these years we have worked on thousands of projects for an amazing and diverse range of loyal clients.

AWARDS We have been nominated for and won awards from Better Buildings (Healthcare Award), Bristol Civic Society (Environmental Award), RIBA  (Town and Country Design), CABE (Building for Life) and Premier Guarantee (Conversion Project of the Year), highly commended (Number One Bristol), and shortlisted for numerous others.

PLANNING SUCCESS We have an excellent success rate at planning, gaining 90-100% approval each year. Between 2016 and 2021 alone we have seen over 500 residential units through to completion – that’s homes for c. 1,500 people in the Bristol area.

RE-USE / RECYCLE Approximately 50% of O’LearyGoss’s past projects have involved conversion of existing buildings.  The projects range in size from collections of barns to multi storey office buildings. These projects have led to the creation of a hundreds of residential units in Bristol and beyond.
