O'LearyGoss have a policy of sustainable environmental improvement as a key part of our overall practice philosophy. We are committed to try to understand and respect the environmental consequences of our designs, with a view to conserving the ecology of the environment as a whole.

We view every building as an intrinsic part of the environment, both local and global. We are committed to creating an architecture which draws upon, and contributes to, its environment.

We can manage the project from inception to completion. We are familiar with the various "industry standard" forms of construction contract.

Health and safety is always a primary consideration. The Practice can undertake the role of CDM Coordinator under the current CDM Regulations.
