Guild Heritage House wins planning permission

O’LearyGoss Architects proposals for sensitive external alterations to the rear and sides of Guild Heritage House in Old Market have won planning permission. The proposals, which restore the 1913 street facade and reinstate the original railings, had enthusiastic support from the Old Market Community Association and a prior approval for permitted development to convert the building to 20 apartments. Work is now underway on site for completion in mid-2018.
